Purchasing
an apartment
STEP 1: RESERVE YOUR APARTMENT
Once you have made your decision about purchasing an apartment, you will have to sign a reservation agreement and pay a reservation fee of EUR 2,500. The reservation period will last 30 days, and the fee will be refunded if preliminary agreement not completed within that period.
STEP 2: SIGNING A PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT
In 30 days, you will have to sign a preliminary purchase agreement and pay 15% of the total price of the apartment (the reservation fee of EUR 2,500 will be included in that sum).

STEP 3: SIGNING THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The purchase agreement and the management agreement will be signed when the apartment is ready. Client is entitled to pay the remaining amount and the relevant fees and the apartment will be registered in the Land Book clients name. You will receive keys to the apartment once the registration in the Land Book has been completed.
THE PRICE OF THE CONTRACT INCLUDES:
- final completion of the apartment in accordance with project documentation;
- fee for the establishment of and connection to the utility network (water, electricity, sewage, heating, ventilation);
- readiness for data communication.
THE PRICE OF THE CONTRACT DOES NOT INCLUDE
- parking space, storeroom;
- notarial fees and state fee for entry into the sales contract (paid by the buyer);
- connection charges for data communication, cable TV, telephone communication and security.
PARKING
The number of spaces in the car park is limited. The cost of the spot is EUR 4 900 and the spots will be numbered in accordance with their owners.
STORAGE ROOMS
The number of storage rooms is limited and it will be possible to buy them for an additional fee of EUR 3,900 – 5,900 depending on the size.
BANK INFORMATION
Buying a newly built home today with bank financing.
The bank will offer home loans for all our projects as follows:
- The client will request a price offer from us for the selected new home and will apply for the bank loan through a bank link, together with the new home offer.
- The bank will issue a loan offer to the client that is valid for 18 months—sufficient time for the home to be ready.
- Optionally, the bank and the client can sign the home loan contract today to secure the home loan for up to an 18-month period.
- When the apartment/home is ready, the purchase agreement will be signed, and the client will receive the completed home, with the bank issuing the loan.
